Focused on microprismatic geometry and coating-process optimization.
MXINRM has launched a joint R&D program with a university school of materials science, focusing on microprismatic structure design and reflective coating-process optimization.
The first phase centers on optical simulation of microprismatic geometry and improvements to the embossing process, aiming to raise retroreflective brightness while preserving wash durability. The university contributes materials-characterization and simulation capability; MXINRM provides mass-production know-how and a pilot line.
We believe sustained R&D investment is the core competitiveness of a reflective-materials manufacturer. Results from this program will progressively reach our fabric and reflective-film product lines.
